Do you accept my insurance?

Our office is considered out-of-network with all insurance companies, however, our patients still choose to see us because of our exceptional quality of care. The great news is your insurance will still cover part of your service! We will perform a complimentary benefits check before any visit in order to provide an estimate of your total out-of-pocket investment and post-visit we will submit everything to insurance on your behalf. If you have further questions about coverage that we may not be able to provide an answer to, we highly recommend calling your insurance company directly.

Do you take Medicaid?

Medicaid will not work with our office despite our best efforts, however, patients with Medicaid choose one of our other payment options, such as pay out of pocket, CareCredit, or our in-house NIC Membership.

Do you have payment plans?

We have various payment plans such as, in-office monthly payments or CareCredit.

Do you accept children?

Absolutely! Dr. Nickoles works wonderfully with children!

Do you offer sedation/nitrous?

We do offer Nitrous Oxide for those who wish to have it. Whether it be for restoration or just a cleaning, whatever makes you the most comfortable.
